Here are a few answers to some common questions about the Waterloo Chicken Coop Tour.

When is it?

The tour will run on Saturday, May 28th 2011. Times will be posted soon.

How much will it cost?

The tour is free!

Who should attend?

Everyone! Maybe you’ve heard about the backyard chicken movement, and want to see what it looks like up close. Or perhaps your kids have never seen a live chicken? Or even if you just want a good destination for a friendly walk on a summer day, you’re welcome to join our tour.

Is there a fixed schedule?

No. Various locations around town will be open during the tour, and you are free to visit one or all of the locations at your own pace.

Where are the coops?

We’re still working on the final list of all our tour stops, though we expect to have around 5 or 6 for you to come visit. Free maps will be handed out at the Waterloo Public Square on the day of the tour.
